Use of all other facilities at 'By the Sea' Guests Bed & Breakfast are also included. The Breakfast is not available to the occupants of suites. The suites are rented on a daily or weekly basis.
Due to the requirements of zoning, and other changes, the set limit of persons per unit will be strictly adhered to. These changes require us to limit the number of parking spaces available to only one automobile per unit which will apply to the main house as well.
The one bedroom suites will accommodate up to four guests. The two bedroom suites will accommodate up to six guests.
